We have changed our name to SERVIZ and picked Los Angeles
(our home town) as the first of many cities to relaunch our innovative home repair service.
For existing Dallas / Fort Worth & San Francisco Bay Area customers, we have assembled some
frequently asked questions that you should review below.
What is the current status of ClubLocal in Dallas & San Francisco?
Over the past 2 years, we have performed more than 45,000 handyman, plumbing, heating, air
conditioning, electrical, appliance repair, carpet cleaning, house cleaning, mobile car detailing,
and other home repair jobs in the Dallas & San Francisco markets. Based on what we have learned
from those jobs and thanks to the fabulous feedback from our loyal ClubLocal customers, we are
currently in the process of re-designing the website, re-designing our iPhone app, re-doing all
of our pricing (hint: we're going to be offering even lower prices), and re-branding ClubLocal
as SERVIZ ("home services from A to Z").
We will be launching the new SERVIZ site in Los Angeles
in late June, early July. We look then to return with the new SERVIZ in Dallas & San Francisco
shortly afterwards. We just
partnered with Groupon
and successfully raised money for the new company and absolutely plan on being back in these markets
once we launch successfully in Los Angeles, where we are headquartered.

Are you accepting new appointments?
Outside of previously purchased Groupon vouchers, we are not at this time accepting new appointments
until we re-launch as SERVIZ.
I purchased a Groupon voucher and would like to schedule an appointment. What do I do?
To book a Groupon appointment, you must already have purchased a voucher at Groupon. Please call

your service professional appointment.
I am a former customer of ClubLocal and have a question about a prior job. Whom do I contact?

What happened to the ClubLocal mobile applications?
While we are in the midst of re-designing our SERVIZ mobile applications, we have suspended the
download of our ClubLocal mobile apps in the Apple & Google app stores. The older ClubLocal apps
will no longer work. Once we launch our new SERVIZ mobile apps, we will notify you so that you
can download them.
What is SERVIZ, and when will SERVIZ launch in Dallas & San Francisco?
SERVIZ, Inc. is a new company that was formed in late 2013 to pursue an acquisition of the ClubLocal
business. In February 2014, ClubLocal officially became part of SERVIZ, Inc. Over the coming months,
we will be re-branding ClubLocal as SERVIZ and will be bringing this revolutionary way of booking and
buying home services back to Dallas & San Francisco. We will be e-mailing customers who signed up with
ClubLocal when we are ready to re-launch in those markets.
Will my ClubLocal username and password work on the SERVIZ.com site?
SERVIZ initially will be operating in the Los Angeles market only. As such, your ClubLocal login will
not work on the SERVIZ.com site. Once we re-launch as SERVIZ in San Francisco and Dallas, we will send
out a communication for how to make your ClubLocal login work on the SERVIZ.com site.
I have unused credits in my account. Will I be able to use them when you re-launch as SERVIZ?
If you have any unused credits in your account that have not expired as of June 1, 2014, we will
honor those credits when we re-launch as SERVIZ in Dallas & San Francisco.
