How do I reset my password on my iPhone or Android?

Here’s how to reset your SERVIZ iPhone or Android password:

  1. Make sure you log out first.

  2. Click on the "Login" button

  3. Click the “Forgot Password” text link

This will trigger an email that prompts you to reset your password.


How do I change the email address associated with my account?

If you want to change the email address associated with your account, you can call customer service at 844-473-7849.

You can also change your email address by sending a message to support@serviz.com.

On the SERVIZ iPhone or Android app you can change your email address by clicking on the menu icon (Looks like three horizontal lines) and then go to "My Account".

How do I change my notification preferences on my SERVIZ iPhone or Android App?

Changing your SERVIZ notification preferences is easy. Here’s how to do it:  

  1. Make sure you log into your SERVIZ App first.
  2. Visit the “My Account” section
  3. Click on “Notification Preferences.”
  4. Choose whether or not you want to receive marketing emails and job notifications.  

* You can find the "My Account" by clicking on the menu icon in the upper left of your screen (It looks like three horizontal lines)


Can I request past estimates or invoices?

Yes. We store all your past estimates and invoices. You can access them by visiting your “Status” page.

There are two ways to get there:

  1. Follow the link to your “Status” page from one of the emails we’ve sent you.
  2. Log in to your iPhone app and visit the “My Jobs” page. Here you’ll find all of your past jobs, estimates and invoices.
