In some instances, the service pro may need to do some diagnostic work in order to accurately determine how to fix the problem. If this is the case, the service pro will still present you with a FREE estimate. You can decide whether or not to approve the diagnostic work. If you choose to complete the actual work with SERVIZ, the diagnostic fee will be credited back to you.
Payment is always due upon completion of authorized work. After you approve the estimate, you are committed to paying for that work once the service pro finishes the job.

There are several ways to use a SERVIZ promo code:
Note: When you book through our app or website, one of the last things we ask for is an optional promo code. Look for it right before you finish making the appointment.
You can earn up to $1,000 in credits by sharing your promo code. Each time someone successfully books a job with us, you will earn $25 in credits. We define a successful job as being one where an appointment actually takes place with one of our SERVIZ Pros. We pay out your $25 credits about once a week, and will email you whenever we deposit credits into your account.
If you have booked an appointment with us before your Give & Get promo code is available from your Job Status Page.
At the bottom of your Job Status page there is a Give & Get link. If you click on that link, a window will popup. From this window you can email friends your promo code, post your promo code on Facebook and on the last tab of that page you will see your promo code. You can cut and paste this and share however your want.
If you don't know how to get to your Job Status page, look in your email for an email sent from "SERVIZ". Most of the emails we send you regarding your appointment with us will have links to your Job Status page.
