“The technician is very knowledgable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. However, there was a lot of delay (4 hours) in getting the parts and fixing the dryer. Due to the delay my day was completely occupied by this job and had to rush thru a pickup (expecting that the technician would be back soon) and also had to cancel one of my important appointments in the afternoon. Overall, job was done to my satisfaction but was not happy with the delay in getting the part. Should I knew that he is going back to city, we would have planned it in a different way. I wouldn't blame the technician because he tried his best to get the parts for the dryer. Serviz should communicate the status back in a timely manner and manage the appointments in a much better way. This delay entails a return compensation to the amount I have paid to Serviz as this appointment timeframe was mismanaged. My time got blocked between 10.30 AM and 5 PM with most of it going into waiting.”
