- Sewer lines deeper than 5 ft. in depth below the surface, may require additional expense
- Installation of sewer underneath concrete, will require additional service
- Trenchless sewer replacement methods including
- Cleaning, repair, or maintenance of sewer line between property line and city sewer lines / laterals
- Permitting
- Replacement of concrete, drywall, or landscaping
